Positive thinking! Different people have different aspects or beliefs about the positive thinking, But actually, there's a no connection between the positive thinking and the Realistic world. We have been said by our Senior's, Teacher's or friend's we have to be positive in order to get a positive result's, But in a realistic world the things are totally different, Positive thinking positive thoughts can't provide you a positive result unless you work hard.
Positive thinking is like "ALLOPATHIC" not like "AYURVEDA".
(Temporary Relief)
Allopathic, in any health issue you just need to have a tablet and it's will heal you with temporary relief.
Ayurveda, says that improve your body so that you won't have to take tablets.
"App apne body ko heh thk karlo , ke apko goli khaane ke jarurat heh na pare"
Here's the question arises what is a positive thinking?
So, before knowing the positive thinking let us understand what is not the positive thinking?
1. whatever I am thinking and with the help of these positive thinking whatever I need, at last, I will be achieving it.
It's not a positive thinking
2. I want to achieve this, I want to have it at any cost and I know I will be getting it if I would always be positive about it.
It's not a positive thinking
3. Most of the people think that they can achieve their goal if they avoid negative thinking and be passion about the positive thinking.
It is also not a positive thinking
It's your wishful thinking but it doesn't have any relation with realistic thinking.
Try to understand guys
"Realistic positive thinkings based upon real action's, fearless action"
Many of them we link positive thinking with Acha bolo, Acha Dekho, Acha suno.
Let's discuss the benefit's of these kinds of positive thinking's
It has a benefit but till a level
"Kuch haddh tak"
Reading a good book, Visiting a beautiful place, Meeting positive people's.
So these things are going to relief you for some time (Temporary Relief), Then again you will be back to your life.
"Wapas sey wahee Zindagi".
The reason is no matter whoever the person is, How much powerful or intelligent he or she is ultimate thing is that they can't control their thought's, According to studies in a day minimum our mind has to go through with 60,000 thoughts.
"Ek din mein 60,000 thoughts atte hai hamare demag mein"
Even I believe in positive thinking but till a level. It has a role but a small role.
"Uska apna role hai par chota sa role hai, woh zarr sey nae khatam kar sakta cheejo ko".
So what's the solution?
It's Simple !!
You have to focus on one word which is the main reason for all of our failure's for all of our problem's. You just have to throw that word out of your dictionary.
And That Word Is
"Mushkil"
or
"Difficult"
or
"Impossible"
This is the word which is responsible for your Failure's
Replace Those Words With
"Aasan hai"
or
"Easy"
or
"Possible"
"Yakeen karo zindagi badal jayegi apki yaar"
So the difference is,
In the normal way of positive thinking, we take help of people, object, Instruction, Words, nature etc. To get positive vibes, which is temporary.
In another way of positive thinking you are healing yourself making everything possible, No matter whatever the outcome is the actions are always going to be positive.
